Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much nTelos appreciates the hard work the guys from Design are doing to help us be successful so far this year with “Project Blaze” LTE Build-Out. It hasn’t gone unnoticed that you and your team go above and beyond what’s required. It’s been great working with you, and we look forward to continued success on this project.

I would like to express my gratitude for the high level of professionalism and commitment demonstrated by your Design Telecommunications team during the Cricket Removal Project. I was impressed with the removal of commercial power as well as the disposal of all equipment and the close out packages. Your team was able to maintain a fast pace schedule without hindering the operation of Dominion Virginia Power and other tenants that were also located on the property. Coordinating the removal of the carrier’s fiber equipment, fences, platforms and landscaping were unproblematic. I am very pleased with the crew’s attentiveness and professionalism on this project.
I really appreciate the extra effort put forth by the Design Telecommunications team and hope to utilize your organization again for future work.

I wanted to take the opportunity to extend my sincere thanks to you and your teams. [...] As you are aware we had some very critical time schedules to meet as part of our 3G deployment projects [...] your personnel really stepped up to meet that challenge, and exceed our expectations. Your people did these installations in a very professional manner [...]. Additionally, I know that you really impressed our customer, to the extent that they are now utilizing your organization to do other projects they have [...] if we have additional work [...] you will be one of my first calls. [...].”

Just a short note to let you know how much I appreciate the efforts your Telecommunications Team has put into this project. While most folks in Kansas City thought it could not be dome we will complete the project 30-45 days early. Your guys have set more than 300 radio cabinets in just 70 days. To put that in perspective, the nationwide record to date for a capacity overlay is 132 cabinets in 11 months. Your folks have met my unreasonable demands and exceeded Sprint’s expectations for this project. Their commitment to this project and their willingness to work with the other players on the teams has helped place us in the national spotlight. We are now called the “Untouchables”. My team have always set records for the other markets to shoot at. This time we have set a record they can only dream about. My hat is off to your entire team. Thanks,
— William A. Tongue
